A documentary in short snippets by comedian Eddie Izzard, produced by The Discovery Channel in the UK. The documentary deals with how many of the things (language, monarchy, food) which are thought of as being quintessentially English are, in fact, pieces of culture which were "borrowed" or absorbed from other cultures. I didn't watch this with an eye out for "not work safe" moments, but I don't remember anything which would be a concern.
