Found this on Curbed, a quite entertaining New York City real estate blog.

Someone has been defacing some Banksy "wall art" around Williamsburg by rolling over them and replacing them with other stencils. Then, someone defaced those stencils with random splashes of paint and a peculiar and funny manifesto. I await the defacement of those splashes with great anticipation.
