I decided to embed the vids this time around rather than linking. If this causes any problems (slow loading or the annoying tendency of some videos to not play sound when too many are open at once) let me know.
They Might Be Giants - Birdhouse In Your Soul - Music Video
This song is incredibly "sticky". I heard it just once, back sometime in the early 90s, but from time to time I would find myself singing the chorus over and over again. Found the video on YouTube sometime in the last week or so and have, no exaggeration, watched it about 20 times since then. I love the dolly shot of all those All-Star-clad feet jumping in a box formation.
Tom and Jerry - Is You Is Or Is You Ain't My Baby - Musical Number
Great animation matched with a great Louis Jordan swing jazz tune.
Web Cam Rants by dalas verdugo
Bringing creativity to the world of annoying web cam rant videos.
Lip Dubbing:Endless Dream by Jakob Lodwick
Jakob took the cliche of someone filming themselves lip syncing a song and created a cool new category of video, one which he dubbed "lip dubbing". I plan on making one of these soon, as soon as I can find the correct song. My first instinct was to go with something magnificently cheesy like "Separate Ways", but I am unsure if most people would think that was funny or just retarded.
Scrubs - "Everything Comes Down to Poo" - Musical Number
I've never seen Scrubs before, but this video might just make me check it out.
Fawlty Towers - Germans
"Yes you did. You invaded Poland!"
Arrested Development - Tobias's Fire Sale
A great clip from early in the first season. One of the scenes that made me love the show in the beginning.
Banana Phone by Raffi - Video made using Half-Life 2 game engine and Garry's Mod
Will drive you mad...if you listen to the whole thing.
Opening minutes of Idiocracy - NSFW for language
The opening minutes of Mike Judge's (Office Space, Beavis and Butthead) film which failed to open wide last year, in spite of decent early word of mouth. Read more about it here.
