i had to repeat the second week of the running plan i am on right now. which means i had to do another three days of 6 cycles of 3.5 mins walking and 1.5 minutes jogging. the only way i was able to get past it was by slowing *way* down on the jogging part to the point where i felt like i was moving in slow motion. starting tomorrow i have to jump up to 6 cycles of 3run/2walk, and i don't look forward to that. yesterday i did two 2 minute running cycles and didn't suffer any ill effects, but jumping up to the next level scares me a little.
and on a slightly related note, why does every twig and stick on the side of the trail look like a snake until i get right up on them?
