i started a new supersekret writing/blogging project on sunday. it actually felt really good to sit in front of the computer and let story begin to flow off my fingers.

for those who don't know, i used to write fairly regularly but then stopped due to a tragic miscalculation on my part that led to me discovering how crappy of a writer i really was. once that happened, writing ceased to be fun for me, and i quit doing it. but saturday night, some of the guys were joking around about something, and it hit me as being an interesting idea for a blogged book. so i scribbled out two handwritten pages of notes in my moleskine that night that formed the basis for the beginning of the book.

i'm not even sure that i will ever finish the book, but i was surprised how good it felt to start writing again, even if only for a couple of hours.
