i got my hair cut yesterday as i do every 3-6 months. most guys i know get their hair cut every 4-6 weeks, but i can't do that. for whatever reason, i have an odd neurosis about people hanging over me like that for an extended period of time, so i put off getting my hair cut and then get it buzzed really short whenever i do get it cut. it was even worse this time as i asked the barber to trim my beard to see if he could do a better job of it than i do so the whole process took nearly 30 minutes. if only, a) i did not look like trailer trash whenever i grow my hair out really long and/or b) my work did not forbid me from having my hair touch my collar, i might consider just dropping this whole 'hair cut' thing altogether.
