i've been looking at condos, co-ops, and condops in manhattan. these are some of my favorites.

534 laguardia - the village - insane amount of space in an area more known for tiny apartments. jay want.
62 west 62nd street - upper west side - great outdoor areas. great layout. great views.
353 central park west - upper west side - i put this one on here for the simple fact that they included a view pic that featured the gates covered in snow. i think that's funny.
515 park avenue - upper east side - wow. i mean, wow. if only it wasn't in the ues i would love this place. interesting note, first time i saw this listing believe it was priced at 25large and it's already down to 23.5. bargain...almost.
42 West 12th Street - the village - very nice townhouse
211 Central Park West - upper west side - the mortgage on 31large plus $7115 monthly cc's plus who-knows-how-much in monthly taxes push this lovely uws condo just barely out of my reach. just barely.
